Domestic Customers:

Orders received before 2:00 PM EST are shipped on same day where as orders received later than 2:00 PM EST are shipping on following day. Most of our orders are delivered with-in 2-5 business days from the receipt of order for US customer.

Standard Shipping:

If standard shipping option is chosen then My Vendor will choose quickest and most affordable method of shipment. We are partnered with world renowned shipping services like USPS, UPS and Fedex.

Due to shipping restriction inflammable products like Perfumes, Colognes, Aerosols, etc. may are may not be shipped using USPS Priority mail. We cannot ship these products to P.O. Box addresses.

If chosen 2 day shipping most of our orders are delivered by Fedex Express, but we may choose other shipping option depending on estimated transit time for the delivery.

International Customers:

Customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. For orders placed from outside the US, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

My Vendor will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. We use USPS First class international service for all international order. Shipping cost may differ according to shipping destination as shipping cost will be calculated during checkout These shipping cost does not include customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You are responsible for all such fees, duties and taxes that are imposed when these goods are imported into your country.

We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept package or refuse to accept this extra (Custom & Duties) charges.

Order Confirmation & Updates:

You will receive email verification at each stage of the order process. As soon as you place the order with us, an email confirming receipt of your order will be emailed to you. Next you will receive an email update as soon as your order is shipped. We will further notify you should we encounter any delays in processing your order.

Please note that receipt of your order simply means that your order has been placed. My Vendor reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

All orders placed by credit card are subject to address confirmation by our credit and fraud avoidance department, and this may delay the processing of your order. We will inform you by email of any such delays.
